Plaza Mayor de Almagro
Probablemente, cuando alguien habla de Almagro, lo primero que le venga a la cabeza sea su preciosa Plaza Mayor. Está en pleno casco antiguo y destaca por las galerías corridas paralelas y acristaladas de estilo centroeuropeo y su forma rectangular pero irregular que la hacen única en España. Prohibidas en 1785, hasta esa fecha se celebraron corridas de toros y sus galerías de uso público servían de tribunas.

Museo Nacional del Teatro de Almagro

En cada una de sus 3 plantas se encuentran exposiciones sobre diferentes momentos históricos: la planta baja corresponde al teatro greco-romano y el Siglo de Oro, la segunda planta abarca hasta el siglo XIX y en la última planta encontramos el siglo XX.

Corral de Comedias de Almagro
Construido en 1628 por Leonardo de Oviedo y redescubierto por el Ayuntamiento de Almagro posteriormente, parece increíble que este teatro se conserve casi a la perfección, a pesar de sus restauraciones. Desde el S. XVII y hasta hoy en día, ha estado activo y se han hecho miles de representaciones teatrales en sus tripas, lo que lo convierte en el corral de comedias más completo y, probablemente, más importante de España actualmente. Sin duda alguna, un edificio digno de ver en Almagro.
Convento de la Asunción de Calatrava de Almagro
La construcción de este convento finalizó en 1544 y fue financiada en parte por Gutierre de Padilla. Habitado por monjas calatravas y, posteriormente, por frailes, en 1836 pasa a ser del Estado. El claustro de este edificio, de estilo renacentista, se construyó con piedra arenisca y fustes de mármol de Macael. Las tallas merecen una especial mención puesto que están muy trabajadas al detalle.
Palacio de Fúcares de Almagro
Data del S. XVI y su origen, curiosamente, no era el de ser un palacio propiamente dicho, sino un almacén para guardar el mercurio que se transporta desde las minas de Almadén. Este edificio con fachada de ladrillo y mampostería toledana, actualmente lo ocupa la Universidad Popular. También hay numerosos pueblos como Villanueva de los Infantes, Campo de Criptana, Calzada de Calatrava o Daimiel.
