El VIII fin de semana Daimiel Pueblo de Brujas comienza el viernes 15 de noviembre y termina el domingo 17 de noviembre. Ese fin de semana se empezó a celebrar en 2011 con motivo de antiguas historias sobre brujería en la localidad manchega de Daimiel. En este post te contamos todo sobre esta fiesta para que no te pierdas nada.
Daimiel, pueblo de Brujas
Antes de contar el programa que está planificado, vamos a indagar un poco en la historia que precede a estas jornadas que tanto éxito tienen año tras año.
Para ello tenemos que trasladarnos hasta los siglos XV y XVI, época en la que hasta seis brujas fueron procesadas por la Inquisición después de ser acusadas por practicar brujería en la zona de Daimiel. Se las acusaba de hacer ungüentos y pociones mientras pronunciaban oraciones o practicaban aquelarres. Eran vistas recolectando plantas especiales o en cementerios cogiendo huesos. En los archivos del Tribunal de Toledo queda constancia de estos seis casos en los que tuvo que intervenir el Tribunal de la Santa Inquisición. De ahí que Daimiel se conociese como uno de los pueblos con brujas.
Programa de actividades para el VIII fin de semana “Daimiel, pueblo de brujas”
Desde hace algunos años, se celebra, como hemos comentado, este fin de semana lleno de actividades para inmersirse en el mundo de la brujería de aquella época.
El programa planificado es el siguiente:
Viernes 15 de noviembre del 2019
DINAMIZACIÓN Y AMBIENTACIÓN DE LA ZONA CENTRO DE DAIMIEL (20:00 A 24:00H)
Por un lado, se organizarán actividades a pie de calle en el centro de Daimiel para estimular el comercio local, en el que los comercios que participan aportarán varios descuentos. Habrá talleres, actuaciones, representaciones teatrales…
También sobre las 20:30h tendrá lugar la visita teatralizada nocturna al Parque Nacional de las Tablas de Daimiel de una hora y media de duración. Si se completan las plazas, se abrirá una segunda representación a las 18:30h.
Sábado 16 de noviembre del 2019
VISITA GUIADA A LA LAGUNA DE NAVASECA (09:00 A 11:00)
Esta laguna, a 2 km de Daimiel, tiene una bonita flora y fauna, y se puede realizar una visita guiada para conocerla. La visita es de pago y debe contratarse.
PONENCIAS (11:30 A 13:30)
También tendrán lugar una serie de ponencias durante la mañana. Estas hablarán de:
Patrimonio Desconocido y Mágico de la Mesa de Ocaña impartida por Antonio Martín Asperilla a las 11:30
Los Pozos Airones: Realidad y Leyenda de unos enclaves mágicos impartida por Felipe Perea Hernando a las 12:30
Y por último una amenización musical en el salón de plenos del Ayuntamiento de Daimiel realizada por Guitarodia.
TAPAS DE BRUJAS (13:00 a 16:00 horas – (16 a 19 h Tapa dulce))
La gastronomía no puede faltar, y aquellos restaurantes que participan ofrecerán tapas que se basan en la gastronomía de la época, sin olvidar que estamos en la Mancha y la comida gira entorno al Quijote.
VISITA GUIADA A LA MOTILLA DEL AZUER (16:00 a 18:30h)
Podrás conocer el yacimiento arqueológico de Motilla de Azuer, que proviene de la Edad de Bronce en la Prehistoria. Esta visita también es de pago y debe contratarse.
Además, a las 18:30 comienza la segunda sesión de visita teatralizada nocturna al Parque Nacional de las Tablas de Daimiel.
CENA TEMATIZADA SOBRE LA COCINA DE LOS SIGLOS XVI Y XVII (21:00h)
Al igual que con las tapas, la cena gira en torno a los platos de los siglos XVI y XVII y también la gastronomía manchega. Cada plato tendrá una explicación de su origen y la forma de elaborarlo.
El broche de oro para la cena es la Gran queimada.
Esta cena y la discoteca son de pago y deben contratarse.

VISITA GUIADA A LAS TABLAS DE DAIMIEL. ‘LOS POBLADORES DE LAS TABLAS, MÁS DE 4000 AÑOS DE HISTORIA’ (10:00 a 12:00h)
El famoso humedal de Las Tablas de Daimiel esconde una gran historia que se remonta a la Edad de Bronce. Además, forma parte de la cultura y el patrimonio natural de los manchegos y, especialmente, los habitantes de Daimiel.
Esta visita también es de pago y debe ser contratada.
Por último, de 13:00 a 16:00h y desde las 16:00 a 19:00 horas tendrá lugar tanto las taaps de Brujas como la Tapa dulce.
